No. Malacab offers fixed pricing at all hours—no surge pricing, ever.

For online, app, or phone bookings, we often don’t need much notice. However, to guarantee availability—especially during holidays—we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.

Vehicles & Luggage

Our fleet ranges from luxury sedans to spacious vans—all equipped to handle standard luggage. Specify during booking for the perfect vehicle match.

Yes, our Tesla Model Y is available for pre-booking. It’s perfect for eco-conscious travelers.

Our 7–8 seater Mercedes vans fit up to 6 suitcases comfortably.

Timing & Pickup

We track flights for airport arrivals and meet you on time, every time. For other pickups, your driver arrives 10 minutes early—just share your location details when booking.

No worries—we track your flight in real-time and adjust our pickup schedule accordingly.

Your driver will be waiting just outside the arrivals gate with a name sign, and you’ll also receive a text or app notification.

Payment Options

Pay securely online via credit/debit card, PayPal, or in cash (EUR/GBP) to your driver. Simply select “Prepay Online” during booking if you’d prefer to pay in advance.

Absolutely. We support cash, card, and contactless options including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

At this time, we ask for one payment per trip, but you’re welcome to arrange this privately with your fellow traveler.
